How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes about 2 to 5 business days, then standard shipping adds another 3 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of when you place them. You will get a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by item and destination, and the exact amount is shown in your cart before you enter any payment details — no surprises at the last step. Most single items ship within the United States for $7 to $15.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Our products are made at different facilities depending on what they are. A candle and a tea towel may ship separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this, and each shipment has its own tracking number.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us within 30 days at dusty39183@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to mail the item back.
Can I return something if I just changed my mind?
Because each item is printed, sewn, or poured individually for your order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Please look closely at the photos, sizes, and details before ordering — and if you are unsure about a color or size, email us first and we will help you pick.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but every screen is calibrated differently, so there can be a slight shift. Small variations in print placement are also normal on made-to-order goods and are part of how they are produced.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away. We can usually catch it within the first few hours, but once production starts we cannot make changes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. If you are abroad and want something, email us and we will tell you what is possible.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are on each product page. For candles: trim the wick to one quarter inch before lighting, burn no more than four hours at a time, and stop when a half inch of wax is left.
