Free shipping over $50
Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate, which is calculated and shown in your cart before you enter any payment information.
Production time
Every item is made to order, so each order has a short production window before it ships. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Personalized and all-over-print items such as blankets, table runners, and aprons can take slightly longer during busy seasons.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, typical delivery times within the United States are:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days after production
- Total time from order to doorstep: usually 5 to 12 business days
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our production facility. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, email us at dusty39183@gmail.com.
Multiple shipments
Our items are produced at different facilities depending on the product. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us and we will let you know what we can do.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake in your address.
