Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by item and destination. The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart before you enter any payment information.
Processing time
Our products ship from different places depending on what they are:
- Made-to-order items such as printed textiles, aprons, mugs, and wall art are produced after you order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, and personalized or all-over-print items can take slightly longer during busy seasons.
- Ready-made items such as candles, faux trees, plants, and holiday decor ship from our partner warehouses, usually within 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of when you place them. Large items such as faux trees may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your package ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, email us at dusty39183@gmail.com.
Multiple shipments
If you order several items, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you. Each shipment has its own tracking number.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us and we will let you know what we can do.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake.
