Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at dusty39183@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem. Once we review it, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. If we need the item back, we will send you a prepaid return label, so you never pay to return a damaged or incorrect item.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or items that are no longer wanted. Many of our pieces, such as printed textiles, aprons, mugs, and wall art, are made individually for your order, and our candles, faux trees, plants, and holiday decor ship directly from our partner warehouses. Please review the photos, sizes, and details carefully before ordering, and email us first if you have any questions. We are happy to help you choose.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household and neighbors and allow 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still has not turned up, email us and we will work with you on a replacement.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders are sent to production or to our shipping partners quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. We can usually help within the first few hours, but once an order has been produced or shipped we are unable to make changes.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
