Made to order
Checkered Cottage products are produced after an order is placed. This helps avoid excess inventory, but it means each order needs production time before shipping.
Shipping cost and delivery estimate
Available shipping methods, shipping cost, and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout based on the items and delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Separate packages
Items in the same order may be produced by different partners and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection. Please review product details and selections carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos showing the item and issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost when the claim qualifies.
