Shipping & Returns

We want every order to feel clear before you buy and supported after delivery.

How our items ship

Some of our products, such as printed textiles, aprons, mugs, and wall art, are made to order and need 2 to 5 business days of production before shipping. Others, such as candles, faux trees, plants, and holiday decor, ship ready-made from our partner warehouses, usually within 1 to 5 business days.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout based on the items and delivery address. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days; large items such as faux trees may take a little longer. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Separate packages

Items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided for each shipment.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection. Please review product details carefully before ordering, and email us first if you have questions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos showing the item and issue. After review, we will send a replacement or refund at no additional cost. If we need the item back, we will provide a prepaid return label.
